Trainee Associate Membership
Trainee Associate members enjoy access to educational and reference programs and materials specifically geared toward moving them ahead in their profession. The Appraisal Institute offers an extensive curriculum of licensing and certification education designed to meet the Appraisal Qualifications Board (AQB) minimum education criteria requirements. Trainee Associate members have access to the Associate Member Service Center to help chart your path to state licensure, certification, and beyond.
Trainee Associate members also enjoy affiliation with a local chapter to learn and network with other seasoned professionals at chapter and national meetings and the ability to search for jobs and post a resume to the Career Center. National dues for Trainee Associate members are $95 per year. Dues are prorated for members joining between January 1 and October 31. Members joining after October 31 are charged full dues for the upcoming year.
