The Student Handbook to The Appraisal of Real Estate
and The Appraisal of Real Estate, 12th Edition, meet the first 60 hours of required education to become an appraiser.

It’s here—a new study guide that will provide students and valuation novices with a simple framework for understanding real estate appraisal. Designed to be used in conjunction with The Appraisal of Real Estate, 12th edition, the student handbook provides narrative summaries of the topics addressed in the textbook, simple examples to aid understanding, key words, and problems for in-class discussion or self-study. Also included are an extensive glossary and an answer key to the practice problems.

The Student Handbook to The Appraisal of Real Estate is an invaluable resource that provides essential information valuation novices need to prepare for the state appraisal examination and embark on a successful career in real estate appraisal.
